Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and despatched within 5 business days following receipt of payment.

2. Shipping Methods
All orders are sent via Courier recorded delivery. Wendy Walker is not responsible for delays in shipping or for items lost in transit.

3. Shipping Destinations and Costs
I currently offer free shipping within the United Kingdom only. The cost of international shipping is dependent upon the final destination of the order.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
